본 개인정보 처리방침은 Standada(이하 "회사"라 함)가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 Phototag(이하 "본 앱")에 적용됩니다. 회사는 「개인정보 보호법」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같은 방침을 수립·운영합니다.
1. 개인정보 수집 항목 및 수집 방법
본 앱은 회원가입, 로그인, 이메일 제출 등 일체의 개인 식별 절차가 없습니다. 다만, 앱 기능 제공을 위하여 아래의 정보를 이용자의 기기 내에서만 처리하거나, 일부 외부 API 호출 시에 한해 일시적으로 이용합니다.

본 앱은 위 정보 외에 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보, 결제정보, 신용카드 정보, 주민등록번호, 위치정보 사업자 신고 대상 위치 데이터 등을 일체 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적
회사는 다음 목적을 위하여 위 정보를 처리합니다.
- 사진·연락처 전송 서비스 제공: 이용자가 선택한 사진과 연락처를 Phototag 디바이스에 전송
- 포토 에디터·포토네컷·펫 도감 등 부가 기능 제공
- 날씨·미세먼지 정보 제공: 현재 위치 기반 날씨를 Phototag 디바이스에 표시
- 알림 서비스 제공: 전송 완료, 디바이스 상태, 매일 펫 뽑기 리마인더, 날씨 업데이트
- Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) 통신을 통한 디바이스 페어링 및 데이터 전송
3. 개인정보 처리 및 보유 기간
본 앱은 회원가입을 받지 않으므로 회사 서버에 이용자의 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.

앱을 삭제하면 이용자 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 다음의 외부 서비스에 한하여 일부 정보가 일시적으로 전달됩니다.

5. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
- 데이터 열람·삭제·정정: 앱 내 설정에서 직접 열람·삭제 가능
- 개인정보 처리 정지: 앱 삭제로써 즉시 효력 발생
- 권한 철회: 운영체제 설정에서 사진·카메라·위치·연락처·블루투스·알림 권한을 개별적으로 회수 가능
6. 개인정보의 파기
회사는 회원가입을 받지 않으므로 별도 파기 절차가 없습니다. 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 모든 로컬 데이터(편집 내역, 펫 도감, 페어링 정보 등)가 운영체제 표준 절차에 따라 즉시 삭제됩니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 이용자 기기 내 민감 데이터는 iOS Keychain / Android Keystore의 OS 레벨 보안 저장소에 보관
- 디바이스와의 통신은 Bluetooth Low Energy를 통해 이용자 기기와 Phototag 디바이스 간 직접 통신, 제3자가 접근할 수 없음
- 외부 API 호출은 HTTPS(TLS) 암호화 채널을 사용
- 회사 서버는 본 앱의 개인정보를 저장·처리하지 않음
8. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 보호
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 별도로 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자는 누구나 회원가입 절차 없이 본 앱을 이용할 수 있으며, 회사는 어떠한 개인 식별 정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

11. 개인정보 처리방침 변경
본 개인정보 처리방침은 법령·정책 또는 보안 기술 변경에 따라 내용이 추가·삭제·수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 시행일 7일 전 푸시 알림을 통해 고지합니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to Phototag (the "App"), a mobile application provided by Standada ("we," "us," or "our"). We comply with applicable laws including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the Information and Communications Network Act, and we have established and operate the following policy to handle user information securely.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require account creation, login, email, or any personal identification process. We process the following information solely on the user's device or, in limited cases, transmit it temporarily to external APIs.

The App does NOT collect: name, email, phone number, payment information, credit card details, government-issued IDs, or commercially-regulated location data.
2. Purpose of Information Use
- Providing the photo and contact transfer service to the Phototag device
- Supporting auxiliary features such as Photo Editor, Photo 4-Cut, and Pet Dex
- Providing weather and air-quality information based on the user's current location
- Sending notifications for transfer status, device status, daily Pet Draw reminders, and weather updates
- Pairing and data transfer via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
3. Data Retention
Because the App has no account system, we do not store any user information on our servers. All data resides solely on the user's device:

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
4. Sharing with Third Parties and Subprocessors
We do not share user information with any third party, except for the following external services that receive limited information temporarily:

5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
- Access, deletion, or correction of data: Available directly within the App's settings
- Cessation of processing: Takes effect immediately upon uninstalling the App
- Permission revocation: Photos, camera, location, contacts, Bluetooth, and notifications can each be individually revoked through your device's OS settings
6. Data Destruction
Since we do not maintain user accounts, no separate destruction process is required. When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data (edit history, pet dex, pairing info, etc.) is removed by the operating system following its standard procedures.
7. Security Measures
- Sensitive on-device data is stored using iOS Keychain / Android Keystore, OS-level secure stores
- Communication with the Phototag device occurs directly between the user's phone and the Phototag device over Bluetooth Low Energy; no third party has access
- All external API calls are encrypted using HTTPS (TLS)
- Our servers do not store or process any user personal data from this App
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Anyone may use the App without registration, and we collect no personally identifiable information.
