STAMPHERE (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use its camera, location stamp, photo-saving, and sharing features.
STAMPHERE(이하 “앱”)는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 카메라, 위치 스탬프, 사진 저장 및 공유 기능을 사용할 때 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.
The App requests camera permission so that you can take photos and create stamped photos. Camera access is used only to provide the App’s camera functionality.
앱은 사진을 촬영하고 스탬프가 포함된 사진을 만들기 위해 카메라 권한을 요청합니다. 카메라 접근은 앱의 촬영 기능을 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
The App may request device location permission to obtain the device’s current location for location-related stamp information. Location access is used only when required for this feature and subject to the permission granted by the user.
앱은 위치 관련 스탬프 정보를 제공하기 위해 기기의 현재 위치 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 위치정보는 해당 기능에 필요한 경우에만 사용되며 사용자가 허용한 권한 범위 내에서 처리됩니다.
Photos created using STAMPHERE may contain stamp information selected or generated for the photo, including location-related information when that feature is used. The resulting photo is saved to the user’s device.
STAMPHERE로 생성한 사진에는 사용자가 선택하거나 생성한 스탬프 정보가 포함될 수 있으며, 위치 기능을 사용하는 경우 위치 관련 정보가 사진에 표시될 수 있습니다. 완성된 사진은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
The current version of STAMPHERE does not operate an account system or a separate service server for collecting users’ photos or location information. The App does not transmit users’ photos or precise location information to a STAMPHERE-operated server.
현재 버전의 STAMPHERE는 회원 계정 시스템 또는 사용자의 사진·위치정보를 수집하기 위한 별도의 서비스 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 앱은 사용자의 사진이나 정밀 위치정보를 STAMPHERE가 운영하는 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
The current version of STAMPHERE does not include an advertising SDK and does not use user data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
현재 버전의 STAMPHERE에는 광고 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 사용자 데이터를 광고 또는 앱 간 추적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
If the user chooses the App’s sharing function, the user can send a created photo through another app or service installed on the device. This occurs only at the user’s request. Data subsequently handled by the selected third-party app or service is subject to that third party’s privacy policy.
사용자가 앱의 공유 기능을 선택하면 기기에 설치된 다른 앱 또는 서비스를 통해 생성된 사진을 전송할 수 있습니다. 이는 사용자가 직접 공유를 선택한 경우에만 이루어집니다. 이후 선택한 제3자 앱 또는 서비스에서 처리되는 데이터에는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
STAMPHERE does not maintain a server-side user account or database containing users’ photos or precise location information. Photos saved on the device remain under the user’s control and can be deleted using the device’s gallery, photo manager, or file-management functions. App permissions can be changed or revoked at any time through Android system settings.
STAMPHERE는 사용자의 사진 또는 정밀 위치정보를 저장하는 서버 기반 사용자 계정이나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 사진은 사용자가 관리하며 기기의 갤러리, 사진 관리 또는 파일 관리 기능을 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 권한은 Android 시스템 설정에서 언제든 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
STAMPHERE does not sell users’ personal information. Because the current version does not collect users’ photos or precise location information on a STAMPHERE-operated server, such data is not sold or provided from such a server to third parties.
STAMPHERE는 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 현재 버전은 사용자의 사진이나 정밀 위치정보를 STAMPHERE 운영 서버에 수집하지 않으므로, 해당 서버에서 이러한 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
STAMPHERE is a general-purpose camera utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The App does not provide a user account system for collecting children’s personal information.
STAMPHERE는 일반적인 카메라 유틸리티 앱이며 아동의 개인정보 수집을 목적으로 설계되지 않았습니다. 앱은 아동의 개인정보를 수집하기 위한 사용자 계정 시스템을 제공하지 않습니다.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
앱 기능, 데이터 처리 방식 또는 관련 법적 요구사항이 변경되는 경우 본 개인정보처리방침이 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경된 방침은 새로운 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시됩니다.
